The first part of this assignment was to create a business tender and Gantt chart for a fake company called App2Learn.
The second part of this assignment was to create a business pitch for the tender, in the form of a 10-12 minute long video.

Part of the second assignment for Innovation and Business Development in level H at Bournemouth University. The first part of this assignment was to create a business tender and Gantt chart for a fake company called App2Learn. The tender was about creating an app for Longleat Safari Park called big cat adventures. We were given a list of features it required and were asked to also include two additional features of our choice. The second part of this assignment was to create a business pitch for the tender, in the form of a 10-12 minute long video. This was my attempt at creating said video. I decided that I would try to use a green screen to allow me to pretend to be each of the 7 different team members of the fake company that we were given, so I bought a pack of fake moustaches, wore different clothes, and tried to make the people act and talk slightly different. This was also my first time trying to use a green screen, which is why it’s not the exactly the best. I will admit that I had forgotten that we needed to make the video when I came up with the names of the team members when righting the report, which is why they are all names of super heroes. Also when recording, one of the cameras managed to get out of sync with its audio and I didn’t have time to fix it, which is why a couple of times in the video one of the team members audio is out of sync. This assignment was graded as a first.
